HTH is a Milton Keynes tech support service built around one idea: your household tech should be somebody's job, so it does not have to be yours.
Why we exist
The problems people actually ring us about are rarely broken hardware.
It is a locked account, a suspicious text, a password nobody can remember, or Wi-Fi that gives up in the back bedroom. Small things that quietly take over an evening.
So we built a subscription instead of a repair shop. Rather than charging you every time something goes wrong, HTH keeps your home protected, connected and looked after for one monthly price — with real people on the other end of the phone.
We are based in Milton Keynes, we work in Milton Keynes, and we would rather prevent the problem than charge you to clean it up.

Remote support reaches you anywhere with an internet connection. Callouts are covered across the areas below — if you are just outside our patch, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Mon – Fri, 10am – 6pm · Sat, 11am – 6pm · Sun & bank holidays, 11am – 6pm
Remote support requests are usually answered the same working day, and often within minutes during opening hours. Callouts are booked around you, including some evenings.
